Social Media Management is the day-to-day running of your social media accounts. Packages may include:

Caption & Keyword Research/Optimization: Using current best practices in social media, we will use captions, keywords, and hashtags to get you maximum visibility.
Monthly Analytics Report: Regular reports provide actionable insights, allowing us to fine-tune strategies and achieve your business goals effectively.
Community Building: We work on building a loyal and engaged online community around your brand, nurturing relationships with your followers and advocates to enhance brand loyalty.

Please note, a 3-month contract is required for this package to give your social media time to show results, as it typically takes 3-6 months (sometimes even longer) to see results.

Posts and Engaging.
Once you have approved content, it’s go time. Content will be published at our agreed-upon cadence. You can even upgrade your package and we will take care of your social media engagement (commenting, sharing, liking, etc.) so you have time to focus on the business.
Onboarding.
During the onboarding process, we will meet for a 1:1 call to determine goals, set expectations, and establish timelines. From there, our team will conduct a social media audit and begin next steps.
Content.
Using your business and marketing goals as a framework, we will begin the fun work— creating content for your target social channels. You will receive a content schedule and request for any assets we may need. You can choose to post yourself or, if you are a Social Media Management client, we’ll post for you!
Data Review.
We’ll meet monthly to review performance of your targeted social channels; providing data analytics and ROI to help you make informed decisions moving forward. This report will include the growth of your social media accounts. From there, we will tailor our approach for an even more powerful month to come.
